In a knockout system, two teams raced against each other over a distance of 300 meters. In the final race, our team was able to clearly pull ahead of the competition, finishing with a lead of over 15 seconds and winning the mixed category — in which each boat is crewed by 4 women, 4 men, and a coxswain.
This achievement is particularly noteworthy as our team was composed not only of experienced athletes but also of individuals who only recently discovered their passion for rowing through the university’s rowing courses.
