Voices for truth and dignity - Combatting sexual violence in European Sports through the voices of those affected

VOICE is a EU funded project which aims at combatting sexual violence in sports through the voices of those affected. On 5 and 6 February 2016 the official VOICE kick-off meeting took place in Cologne.

The project is a collaboration between eight European countries: Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Great Britain, Austria, Slovenia, Spain and Hungary. To raise awareness of sexuall violence in sport, interviews will be conducted with those who are affected. Their experiences will help sport organisations to develop a deeper understanding of this problem. The results will provide a platform to produce knowledge-exchange opportunities and develop relevant educational recsources. The objective of this project is to enhance the sports community's capacity to combat sexual violence and strengthen integrity in sports.
